1. Data controller
Fan Xuyang, Individual Developer · 7@notescience.com · Family Cash Flow (budgeting app with cloud sync and optional family sharing).
2. What we collect
Account data (Apple ID, optional name/email, display ID); financial and household content you enter; device/technical logs for sign-in and sync. No ad/analytics SDKs in the current App. Optional App lock stays on your device—we do not receive biometrics.
3. How we use data
To run the App, sync devices, enable family collaboration, secure accounts, fix issues, and comply with law. We do not sell ledger data or use it for third-party ads.
4. Security
- HTTPS in transit;
- Encryption at rest on our cloud host;
- Sign in with Apple + row-level security for account/household isolation;
- Operator access only when needed for support, security, or legal compliance—not routine browsing;
- Processors: Apple (auth), Supabase (database/sync).
5. Your financial information
We treat ledger data as highly sensitive and protect it with HTTPS, encryption at rest, and strict access controls. Your content is used only to provide the App—not for ads or unrelated purposes—and is not sold to third parties.
Except where required by applicable law or binding lawful demands from competent authorities, we do not review or disclose the specifics of your entries. Family sharing, if enabled, is controlled by whom you invite.
6. International transfers & retention
Data may be stored/processed outside your country. We retain data while you use the App; delete or anonymize after account deletion except where law requires retention.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, withdraw consent, complain to a supervisor. Contact 7@notescience.com (subject: Family Cash Flow - Privacy).
8. Children
For adults and family use with guardian involvement where appropriate. We cannot verify your age and do not provide age verification. If you are under 14, do not register or use the App alone; use only with a consenting guardian. Contact us to delete a child’s data collected without guardian consent.
9. Governing law
Governed by PRC law; mandatory local consumer rights apply where required. See also Terms of Service.
